Tool training - JIRA

This workshop will allow the participants to explore JIRA from the Users perspective. During this session the participants will get the theoretical knowledge and more emphasis would be on Practical aspect of JIRA and Effective utilization of the tool.

JIRA tool training is 8 hours weekend/weekday course.

This is ideal for Professional / companies who are executing their projects in JIRA. 

• JIRA Concepts: Introduction to Workflow, Issue, Issue Types, Roles in JIRA, JIRA Framework
• Working with an Issue: End to end Life-cycle of an JIRA Issue including linking, labeling, cloning and other frequently used features.
• Using JIRA boards: Creating & Configuring the Scrum Boards, Working with Sprints and Time Tracking.
• Analyzing the Data: Generating various reports like Time Tracking, Pie charts and Analyzing information.
• Dashboards: Viewing ,creating and sharing dashboards
• JIRA Test Management using Zephyr: Creation & Execution of test cases and generating Reports to track progress
